Omni Office Equipment, Inc. does warranty work for most of the major manufacturers of office equipment.  Factory trained technicians onsite for your convenience.  Our techs are continually training and attending seminars to learn straight from the manufacturers about their new products.  Omni works in a close relationship with these companies to provide the best customer service possible.  Each company handles their perspective warranty procedures a little differently, so please check with your manufacturers guidelines to see how to handle your service needs.  If you are still not sure, give our techs a call and we will inform you of your service options.

If you do call the manufacturer and talk to tech support, please write down any reference numbers that they give you and bring them with you when you visit our store.

Check your manufacturers warranty disclaimer before bringing your machine in for repair.

Omni does all repair work in shop, unless specified by the manufacturers protocol.

If you purchased an extended warranty when you purchased your product, you must contact the company you bought the extended contract from.  They will direct you on what to do in case service is needed.

Omni warranties all in shop service work for 30 days.

We do require that you bring in a proof of purchase with your machine for repair work.  We have to fax these POP's to the manufacturer.
