We provide sales, service and supplies of most printers and their products.  We have been servicing printers for over 15 years.  Omni has been an Authorized Service Facility for most of the major printer manufacturers during this time and are factory trained technicians are familiar with a broad range of products.  Our technicians are constantly training and re-educating themselves on the newest products available to the industry. In shop and on site service is available for printers.

If your machine is under warranty, please check with the manufacturer to see if the machine has a carry-in warranty or an on-site warranty.  Most manufacturers warranties are carry-in only.

We attempt to carry as many supplies for printers as we can.  Omni prides itself on finding those hard to find items.  If you are having problems finding a supply for an old printer, call us. 

Omni can also get your toner cartridges refilled.

One of the biggest issues that we see come through our doors has to do with inkjet printers.  Inkjet printers work best when they are used at least every couple of days.  If they are not used often, the ink dries up and the ink cartridge and or printheads are ruined for good.  If you do not print very often, turn your inkjet machine on once every 10 - 14 days and let it go through its cycle.  This process is unclogging the inkjets.  After about five minutes, go ahead and turn it back off.  This will cause you to go through ink quicker, but your machine will last longer.  Hope this helps.

If you are getting fuzzy print with your inkjet, try using the printers software to realign the printheads.  Your pictures will look grainy if your head alignment is off.
